Refund Policy

1. Project services
Fees for completed discovery, consulting, implementation, documentation, and support work are generally non-refundable once the work has been delivered or time has been reserved and used.
2. Deposits
Project deposits may be refundable only if work has not started and no time or third-party cost has been committed. Any refund is reviewed case by case.
3. Subscriptions and support
Monthly support or maintenance fees are billed for the agreed service period. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past billing periods.
4. Third-party costs
Third-party costs such as hosting, paid APIs, software licenses, payment processing fees, and domain services are not refundable by us.
5. Refund requests
Send requests to denis.pakhomov@worldwaveglobal.com with the invoice number, project name, and reason.
