Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required access, technical documentation, third-party account permissions, and timely feedback.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are payable as stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Third-party software, hosting, infrastructure, and payment processing fees are not included unless explicitly stated.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client business, technical, and operational information as confidential and use it only to provide agreed services.

6. Acceptable use

We do not provide services for illegal activities, sanctioned jurisdictions, gambling, controlled substances, firearms or ammunition sales, adult entertainment, or other prohibited or high-risk activities.
